The scheme will be applicable for smaller vehicles such as motorcycles, rickshaws, Qingqi/Chingchi and other two- and three-wheelers. * Motorcycles * Rickshaws * Qingqi/Chingchi vehicles * Other eligible two- and three-wheelers

It has been clarified by the government that a scheme is for owners of vehicles however cases of rented motorcycles/rickshaws etc could also be entertained on provision of requisite verification etc. Such cases would include of persons using vehicles for livelihood like courier and parcels services, online delivery services, daily wagers, laborers etc. The fuel relief program is especially important for delivery workers, for daily commuters, and for people who earn a living through their motorcycles and other vehicles.

The relief amount is Rs100 per litre. For the consumers of motorcycles (and other eligible two- and three-wheelers), the monthly subsidised quantity of petrol is 20 liters. That gives the following maximum benefit:

Do You Need a Smartphone?

No.
