ARY Digital Network is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist for its office in Saddar, Karachi. The media group is looking for a performance marketer with more than three years of hands-on PPC experience, with a strong focus on the United States market.

Performance Marketing Specialist: key responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage paid advertising across multiple platforms. Key duties include:

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other multi-platform paid advertising campaigns targeting the US market.

• Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns.

• Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.

• Optimize campaigns for qualified leads, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

• Manage conversion tracking through Google Ads, GA4, and GTM.

• Analyze search terms, audiences, locations, devices, and campaign performance.

• Work with the team on landing page and conversion optimization.

• Prepare performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements for the role

• 3+ years of PPC or Performance Marketing experience.

• Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns in the USA.

• Experience with app development, SaaS, or technology services.

• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, keyword research, bidding, and conversion tracking.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.

• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid advertising platforms will be considered a plus.
